Adverbs of Frequency

Advérbios de frequência são palavras que utilizamos para indicar a frequência que algo acontece.

Eles se separam em dois tipos, frequência definida ou indefinida.

Definida

• hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly
• every second, once a minute, twice a year
• once, twice, once or twice, three times

Indefinida

• always, constantly
• usually, normally
• frequently, regularly
• often
• sometimes
• occasionally
• rarely, infrequently
• seldom
• hardly ever
• never

Examples

She sends emails to her clients daily. We travel to Australia twice a year. They stayed in my beach house three times. I always brush my teeth before I go to bed. You never call me. He usually works on the weekends. I sometimes ask for help.
