Instead of regular chicken nuggets you { grab _4 } some organic chicken nuggets then { top _3 } it off with some organic sandwich cookies. Hmmm cookies. It’s all organic, so it’s good for you, right? Well not always, you see, { while _5 } forty five percent of the Americans think the organically will { means _5 } healthy or good. Organic really has nothing to do with how { nutritious _10 } the food is for you. Organic really just { defines _7 } how the ingredients were created, prepared or { raised _6 }. Let me explain, organic means that there aren’t any genetically { modified _8 } ingredients. Also, organic means that no { chemicals _9 } were used to kill { bugs _4 } and weeds and that all { pesticides _10 } are natural instead of { synthetic _9 }. And organic means nothing was fertilized with sewage yeah, sewage { sludge _6 }. Organic also means that nothing was exposed to { radiation _9 } which some manufacturers do to { sterilize _9 } food and that no industrial { solves _6 } were used to clean things up. Also, organic means that can be no chemical food { additives _9 } that some foods have to make them stay fresh for an { unnatural _9 } amount of time. And if it’s meat that there’s no { routine _7 } used or antibiotics or { hormones _8 } { pumped _6 } into the animals. And all this stuff is really important but notice, organic doesn’t { necessarily _11 } mean that the ingredients are nutritious. So if you { care _4 } about healthy foods, it’s more important to just eat whole foods { mostly _6 } fruits and vegetables, and avoid package like { substances _10 } and yeah, that includes organic cheesy and mac. And here is a really big { tip _3 }, if you can { pronounce _9 } all the ingredients in the package you’re holding, then you’re on the right { track _5 }.
