1. Utilizamos a palavra how da mesma forma que a palavra como em português.

Exemplo:

  • How are you?
I'm good, and you?
  • How are you doing today?
I am doing fine, thanks. How about you?
  • How will you travel to India next year?
I will travel by plane.
  • How do you feel about your job?
I love it. It is very exciting.

2. Podemos, também, colocamos a palavra how junto com um adjetivo, em geral, significando "quão".
