- 1- Read the text and take notes of the words you don't know.
- The exchange student
- This is the fictional city of Woodsville in US.
- Woodsville is a nice city to live and It is a very busy city.
- This is Sarah, Sarah is a student at the public highschool in Woodsville, today she isn't going to school because today the exchange student will arrive from brazil.
- The exchange student is Roberto, Roberto will live with Sarah and her family for some time because he is taking english classes near Sarah's house
- His plane will arrive at 11 a.m.
- He is very anxious because it's his first time in another country.

Exercises
1- Make a sentence using present continuous or simple present for each of the words you didn't know.
2- After reading the text, answer:

- b- Where is it located?
- c- Does Sarah work?
- d- What will change in Sarah's daily life?
- e- Why is Roberto going to live with Sarah's family?
3- Make two sentences with each of these expressions using present continuous and/or simple present. (don't forget to use negative and interrogative forms)

4- Pretend this photo below is a photo of Roberto, describe his features and his clothes:
5- Now pretend you are Sarah, how would you introduce yourself to Roberto?
6- Now pretend you are Roberto, what questions would you ask Sarah?
7- Roberto is anxious because he doesn't know sarah, so he doesn't know how she looks like, on the telephone she said that she is wearing a blue blouse, jeans, a black jacket and brown shoes. Roberto also knows that she has dark skin,a long curled dark hair, dark eyes, a big mouth, a thin nose, thin eyebrows, a thin chin and that she is slim and tall. On a sheet of paper make a drawing showing how you imagined her.

2-Translate the sentences:
