Answer the following questions according to the text.

1 About not replying "thanks":

People like to answer to "thanks" e-mails.
It's rude to not answer "thanks" and you should always do it.
It may seem rude at first but its the right thing to do.

2 The video says that haviung too many e-mails on you inbox results in:

Better Productivity.
It's part of the solution.
Worst productivity.

3 Some hints to write a good e-mail are:

Keep it short ,do not give open-ended questions, don't use weird fonts or colors and keep the title clear.
Write long sentences and keep it more than five or six sentences.
Write unclear titles and reasons.
